What to include

For a calculator issue, include the page URL, the inputs that reproduce the problem, the expected behavior, and the result you saw. You can use the calculator's share-link feature, but review the URL first because it contains the assumptions you chose.

For a factual correction, include the relevant sentence, a reliable source, the date you checked it, and why it changes the page. We review reports in context and may ask for clarification before changing a formula or explanation.

Response scope

HomeMath can explain how the public model works, but it cannot choose a home, evaluate your finances, interpret a tax return, or provide individualized legal, tax, mortgage, or investment advice. For those questions, contact a licensed professional in your area.
